Shipping, returns & withdrawal

We ship your order from Austria. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and the details of the courrier service that the order has been dispatched. 

Costs

As for the costs, we offer free shipping for order over 1000 euros. Please refer to our table for the exact shipping costs per country.

Dispatch time

Delivery within Europe generally takes between 2-5 working days from the date of order. For delivery times outside the EU, please refer to this table: 

	Prepare Your Return You may return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You can easily submit your withdrawal online. Withdraw your contract here. Please have your order number ready.
	Prepare the parcel  Place the item which you wish to return together with the completed revocation form in the parcel. Then pack the goods and seal the parcel securely. You are only required to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that goes beyond what is necessary to examine the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please therefore handle the goods with care in order to avoid any possible loss in value.
	Send the parcel Address the return to: Getzner Handel GmbH Wiesenstraße 19 6890 Lustenau, Österreich Please hand the addressed parcel over to your nearest shipping service provider and make sure to obtain a shipping confirmation.
	Return Shipping Costs The direct cost of returning the goods must be borne by the customer. Refund Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof that the goods have been returned.
