Accessibility Statement

Information on compliance in accordance with the Accessibility Act

We endeavour to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act, as amended, implementing the European Accessibility Directive (RL 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2 have been complied with as far as possible.

This accessibility statement applies to www.getzner-official.at.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

1. Non-compliance with accessibility regulations:

  • Due to the high number of images on our website, it has not yet been possible to provide individual alternative text for all images. We are aware of this and are continuously working to add appropriate alternative text, particularly to images with relevant content.
  • Due to the large number of links to service providers and external partners, not 100% of links currently include descriptive alternative text. We are continuously working to add alternative text to all links.

2. Disproportionate burden:

  • Depending on the browser and settings, drop-down menus may only be usable to a limited extent when operated via keyboard. Navigation on the site may also be restricted after using a drop-down menu. We are aware of these limitations and are working to technically adapt this content so that it will be fully usable in the future.

3. Content outside the scope of applicable legislation:

The website contains documents and content from third parties that were neither developed, financed nor reviewed by us. No statement can therefore be made regarding the compatibility of such third-party content with accessibility regulations, and it is consequently exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.

This concerns all pages with external plugins from walls.io.
